These terms govern the purchase of trading card game (TCG) products and merchandise from Atta Trade. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We sell and export authentic Japanese TCG products (Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, ONE PIECE Card Game, etc.) and related merchandise to international customers. Our products include single cards, graded cards, sealed products, booster boxes, and related goods.
We also offer a proxy purchasing service, buying products on your behalf from within Japan.
All products are sourced directly from authorized Japanese distributors and verified for authenticity. Graded cards are authenticated by recognized services (PSA, BGS, CGC). We guarantee the authenticity of all products sold.
Orders are confirmed upon payment. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, credit card (via eBay/platform). Prices are listed in JPY with approximate conversions. Final prices may vary based on exchange rates at time of payment.
For cancellations before shipment, a refund will be issued minus 30% of the product price. Cancellations after shipment are not accepted as a general rule.
We ship worldwide via tracked shipping services. Shipping times vary by destination (typically 5-14 business days). Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier.
Shipping insurance is not included by default. If you would like to add carrier insurance, please let us know in advance. An additional fee will apply.
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for items significantly not as described. Graded cards are sold based on the grade assigned by the grading company - grade disputes should be directed to the grading service. Buyer pays return shipping unless item was misrepresented. Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving returned item.
Card conditions are described to the best of our ability. For raw (ungraded) cards, we use standard condition categories (Mint, Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.). Photos provided represent the actual item. Minor variations in color may occur due to photography/display settings.
We do not guarantee centering on raw (ungraded) cards. All raw cards are sold with the assumption that they are intended for collection purposes.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
All product names, logos, and trademarks (Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, ONE PIECE, etc.) belong to their respective owners. Product images on our website are for reference purposes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
